• The giveaway is organized and managed by Rohto-Mentholatum Malaysia (also named as “the Organizer”) and will be conducted on the following Terms and Conditions:
• By entering this giveaway, participant(s) agree to be bound by these rules.
• The giveaway period: Tuesday, 17th November 2020 (Time: 6:00am) until Sunday, 20th December 2020 (Time: 11:59pm).
• How to Participate:

– Step 2: Answer a simple question and fill in details such as Full Name. NRIC, Contact No., Email & Mailing Address.
– Step 3: Click Submit
• Items To Be Given Away:
– Hada Labo Blemish & Oil Control Hydrating Lotion 9ml x 14,000
– Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash prizes and non-refundable
• Winners Selection:
– Each entry submitted will be considered as ONE (1) submission. Participant entries is subject to the Organizer’s decision.
– The selection of winners who will receive the samples will be at random and subjected to the Organizer’s decision.
– All of the Organizer’s decisions in connection with this giveaway shall be final, conclusive and binding.
– All participants shall agree to abide by the Organizer’s decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this giveaway.
– For the avoidance of doubt, participants agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by the Organizer in connection with the giveaway.
– Sample(s) shall be delivered directly to the pre-registered address of the winner(s) provided through the Hada Labo Sample Giveaway November 2020 sampling page.
– If the participant is unable to provide full details, the organizer reserves the right to select other winners based on the judging criteria.
– If the winner is uncontactable or contact was attempted, Rohto Mentholatum Malaysia reserves the right to select an alternative winner for the giveaway.
– The Organizer reserves the right to select another winner based on the judging criteria.
– Prizes are to be sent out via courier and may take within 1-2 months after the period of giveaway ends depending on circumstances of uncontrollable situation/s.
